SUSTAINABLE LIVELIHOOD COMMUNITIES
One life foundation works alongside and partners with communities, schools, county government and community organizations to enhance and improve barriers to quality education.
After the free primary education was started the burst in population of public schools was witnessed and this led to increase in teacher student ratio and limited infrastructure. We work alongside this schools based on the priority of needs to improve the quality through pooling of resources together. Partner with us to help children achieve their dreams.
Through the child sponsorship program, the school is resourced with school supplies, desks, and classroom repairs, Sponsor a child.
COMMUNITY HEALTH CARE
The objective of this program is to improve the health care to the target communities through: nutrition, reproductive health, sanitation and HIV / AIDS prevention and management.- Under this program one life foundation implements the following interventions:
- HIV Testing and Counseling (HTC).
- Nutrition
- Offer care, support and treatment.
- Community Sensitization on sanitation, nutrition, reproductive health, prevention and management of communicable and non- communicable diseases.
- Sexual reproductive health.
- Mother and child health care.
- Medical camps.
EDUCATION SUPPORT PROGRAM
